The stay started out badly with the front desk staff programming the next customers keys to our room (and giving them the same number on the envelope). So when we had brought our small bags and kids up and went down for the rest of the bags two men came into the room with their own keys... of course, they quickly left and got their correct keys but while that happened we came up with all our bags and our keys had been deleted. Luckily our grand parents were with the kids at the time or we would be furious!
To sum up the rest:
Noisy groups of guests during nights, staff did nothing.
Wi-fi completely worthless. Get 1 minute online and connection breaks. On all phones, ipads, computers so absolutely the wifi, not the phone.
Bad smell in room. Not very clean at all.
Says free extra beds which they demand 20$ per night for when you get there.
Noisy AC, had to keep it off.
Key for safety box, not code!?!?
Badly designed rooms. rickety lamps you had to turn on/off one by one, bad overall lighting, no pillow on sofa.
If you have a bathroom with free floor-space of 5x5 ft you DONT put the toilet almost up to one wall so there is no room to sit comfortable. AND then choose to put the toilet roll holder exactly where the knee is so you HAVE to sit sideways on the throne! The one who designed that bathroom needs to work with something else!
