If you miss the service from the days of the communist eastern Europe – you will love this place! The staff have exactly that rude and arrogant style that is so hard to find in luxury hotels these days. Apart from that the hotel could be quite nice, the gardens and the pool area are lovely, the restaurants serve decent food and drinks, the spa and work out rooms are nice. Some other remarks: The hotel location is very off, you really need to take a cab to get anywhere (and they can't call a cab, so you either need to wait quite a while for it or go out on the busy street to grab one), the internet is ridiculously slow (on average 0.8 MBit/sec download, and 0.1 MBit upload speed) with no wifi connection at all in my room – since I was there to work it was impossible so I checked out 3 days earlier, even though I had already paid for the room and they wouldn't give any refund. They also want to secure 100 Euros/day from your card, so for a 5 day stay they block 500 Euros in your card, which I find quite remarkable. And I had paid for a double room, but still my Moroccan girlfriend had to pay extra to visit the pool area (I know it's against the Moroccan law to let her visit the room before we are married - the question was just if she could visit the pool with me). All in all - I would maybe go there in daytime to use the pool or have a drink in the bar, but I will never ever come back to stay there or recommend it to anyone.
