My experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The first room I got (free upgrade which was nice) had a severly leaning floor and some of the floor boards were buckling when I stepped on them. It made me quite eneasy. The bathroom was also weird, it was on a plastic platform with plastic walls, but the size was good. However when I stepped out of the bathroomplatform I would almost loose balance stepping unto the leaning floor. I asked the staff about this on the first day there, and they said they were unaware of it and would call maintenance to come and look at it. The next day I asked another staff member if maintenance would come during the day, and this person said that they were in fact aware of the problems with the floor and there was no point fixing it right now. I thought it was weird that the staff gave me different information about this problem, but I was offered a different, and much nicer room instead which was really nice. The only problem there was that the bed was placed near the door with a big piece of furniture behind it which made it impossible to open the door fully. Going in and out with big bags was actually not easy. I also thought that is was weird that they would give guests the room with the faulty floor when they have other rooms available, especially if they offer to move the guest anyway. Anyway, I was still quite happy with my stay, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and the location was near the train station.
