Dirty sheets
We arrived at 03:00 am due to flight cancellations at the airport. There were long hairs on the wall in the shower. There were also long hairs and hairs that looked like they were from a dog on the sheets. I went downstairs and asked reception for new sheets and the man at the desk responded by calling the night porter and asking for him to bring us new sheets because “she says she thinks the sheets are a little bit dirty “. The night porter brought the new sheets (which I noticed had small rips in them, worst condition of any sheets I have seen at a hotel). By then it was 04:30 am.
At least my daughter was able to sleep for a few hours. We checked out at 10:00. Could have stayed in Montreal another night but we didn’t feel like staying another night at this hotel and moving to another would have been too much of a hassle.
