Towel Gate
Our stay started off ok. We had 2 rooms. One room had 4 people and the other room had 2 people. I had made a request for extra towels at the time of reservation. When we arrive each room on had a set of 3 towels. I was staying in the room of 4 so I asked the room of 2 if I could use one of their towels. When came time to check out the desk clerk wanted to charge me for a missing towel from the room of 2. I repetitively explained to the desk clerk that the room of 4 was short a set of towels and that we got the extra towel from the room of 2. I was given the run around about how the matter would be taken care of. I offered to unpack my belongings and show that I had not taken the towel. I was finally given my full deposit back in the hopes that the clerk honors his word by not charging my credit card after I leave for a missing towel. Honestly I believe the cleaning staff picked up all of the towels and didn’t count the towels the first time they cleaned the room. They would have noticed then that we had extra towels in the room of 4. Furthermore, the occupants of the room of 2 were constantly locked out of their room which resulted in them having to repetitively going to the front desk to have the key reprogrammed.
All in all the staff was very courteous and aside of the towel-gate and rekeying issues the stay was ok.
