Horrible experience! I checked in on December 12, 2024 around 9 pm. Upon arrival, I greeted the lady at the front desk, she answered, with a very rude attitude, that she was not there to say hi to people, and that she was too tired for that. Moreover, she was extremely rude the entire check-in time. I was so chocked that she has absolutely no sense of decorum, and it's so obvious that she has never heard about good manners in her entire life. It was for the first time I experienced that unprecedented level of wildness. The replacement Front Desk attendant was not much different since she showed the same rude attitude when I asked her for a vending machine later around 11h pm. This hotel certainly has a problem with its night staff because Front Desk attendants in the morning (December 13), however, showed politeness.
Because of those 2 Front Desk employees, this hotel is a shame for the La Quinta brand and should not be stayed at.
