A mess
When checking in we got keys to a room and when we opened the room we saw it was already taken with someone else’s things in there, this is absolutely not okay from a safety point of view that the staff doesn’t know what rooms are taken and not. They seemed surprised by the information that the room was taken, but we got another room. Also our keys stopped working the second day so we had to ask them to activate them again, and luckily for us we didn’t come late that day so they were still at the office. So it seems like they have no order in their booking systems at all.
The room only had one set of towels even though we were three guests, so we had to go back again and ask for more towels and the only had a few extra. The bed only had two flat pillows and no bed lamp, only roof lamps existed, so we couldn’t read in the evening when our son was sleeping. The bed linen was sliding around all night and it was a mess to sleep in. The door to the bathroom got stuck in the floor so you had to push it really hard to open and close, extremely enjoying after a few times. The hand and shower soaps was ended really fast so we had to use our own soap already the second day. They don’t clean the rooms during your stay.
