Four nights at this, celebrated new year and a football match at Anfield.
The room was ok, I liked the bed and the view.
But no refrigerator for cold drinks, the spa wasn't nice at all with cold water.
The hotel is too far away from restaurants, bar and shops.
It took a long time to get a room. But the worst part was that we had to pay the forth night once more even if I could show the staff that it was already paid for several months ago. He said it wasn't paid for and didn't even try to translate my Swedish receipt, and then we tried to pay again because we didn't want to argue any more. We tried with card ,but the machine didn't work. We had to go out in the poring rain to a ATM and get cash and pay .
Now I'm trying to get my money back for the forth night ,I hope it works since Hotels.com and my bank can prove I'm right.
I'm not recommending Radisson Blu Liverpool.
