Numerous elevators out of service; crowded with waits; Pages of texts to management begging for housekeeping to come. They came 2 days out of 6. Had to ask for basic items repeatedly like towels, water, removing trash. they said they were understaffed, and it was the holiday, but it was significant and impactful on enjoying the property. Ultimately my resort fee got removed and they gave me a $50 food credit. Today there were no chairs left at pool, and as I circled, I ended up bumping my toe on a chair and broke it. Not blaming the hotel, but if it wasn’t so crowded and having issues, I wouldn’t have been put in that situation of navigating between chairs.
