We stayed here for 3 nights and specifically booked this hotel due to the indoor pool. It was closed the ENTIRE stay! We were so upset. The kids were excited, packed their swim suits and were planning on swimming. It made us look like the bad guys when we had to tell them it was closed.
Our room was fine - some maintenance would be nice - the wallpaper was coming off in the bathroom for example, and one of the beds was very loud. However we liked the door in between the living room and bedroom, so the kids could sleep on the pullout couch and go to bed early while we stayed up in the room. Access to the bathroom was from both the living room and the bedroom, which was nice.
Breakfast was OK. Of course the fresh to order omelets are nice, but a little more care for the rest of the food would have been nice. The bagels were hard and the buffet was not great. Good drink selection.
The staff was nice and the bartender for happy hour was great. The happy hour was from 5:30-7 and 2/3 days the snacks were just chips and dip. But on the last day they put out fruit and cheeses!
Parking was free and there was a ton!
Overall, the stay was OK, but we were extremely disappointed with the pool being closed. That may seem like a small thing, but with kids, it left us sad.
