...the restaurant had lived up to the expectations, I wouldn't have to write this text. A lot went wrong during my late lunch in the restaurant. I am allergic to onion and made this clear when I sat down (They even have small notes on the tables, telling you to inform the "service captain" if you have any allergies) I also told the waiter that I had coupons for two free beverages. The starter (Tomato soup) was wonderful. I ended up ordering linguini with beef medallions as a main course. When they came with the dish there were a large piece of bacon wrapped around each medallion. Bacon wasn't stated on the menu, if it was I would have ordered another dish, or asked them to exclude the bacon. So I sent the food in return and chose to order The Baby Angus instead. I reminded the waiter about my onion allergy (sin cebolla, muy importante) and she said there were no onion on the dish. When the dish came there were of course a lot of onion in the sauteed vegetables. At that time I gave up and ate the piece of beef without anything accompanying it, (Atkins would have loved it) Since so many things went wrong the waiter seemed to be embarrassed and scared, she therefor avoided us for the rest of our stay in the restaurant. When we finally got a hold of her and asked for the bill she went out into the kitchen not to return until about five minutes later. The two free beverages were not to be seen and I unhappily payed the amount of the bill (unfortunately with the included tip)
