Refund the days not used
I checked in on 12/8 and planned checkout on 12/21 in my booking. In the meantime I need to check out earlier than the planned due to business. So I went to front desk to ask if I can get refund if I leave days earlier than plan. after getting the answer "yes", I checked out the next day (12/15), and the front desk gentleman said the same "yes" that I can get the refund for the rest of the days not used. and he told me that I can ask for the refund to Hotels.com because I booked the Comfort Inn thru Hotels.com.
Then I talked to Hotels.com for the refund. Hotels.com they need to talk with the Comfort Inn manager. five days later, Hotels.com told me that the manager does not give me the refund.
I'm trying to talk to the manager for my refund, will escalate if the manager cannot give me refund.
