Very nice hotel, beautiful building with truly unique rooms and a very nice restaurant. Houskeeping staff was top notch also prepared baby bed and baby's bath tub in a very welcoming way.
The front desk still have some training to do, unfortunately. Not knowing the difference between king and queen size bed might very well be a cultural issue, and a minor problem. But the fact that the receptionist refused to allow me 30 minutes extra for check out was beyond puzzling. He claimed that the hotel was fully booked, which was not true according to Expedia, and made no effort to try to resolve the issue. This caused great difficulties in my dealings with an impromptu business meetings and put an ugly dent in an otherwise very pleasant stay.
I found it particularly frustration given that this hotel aspires to be 5*.
