For the price the hotel was very good. It is not a luxury hotel but all ok. Unfourtuately they had some renovations going on while I was visiting the hotel starting very early. The hotel staff is very helpful and have a good service level. The two negatives except for the renovations was the wifi that was extremly slow and kicked you out from quite often and also the constant disturbing with knocking on the doors, I see no reason why one person should go aroud every day checking the minibar, why just dont let the cleaninglady do the same. Ohh just remembered that the oe eleveator serving the hotel might be the slowest elevator in the world , I think it might be somekind of world record. But overall I am very pleased with the hotel and can recomend it for anyone that are looking for a hotel in zona rosa area of Bogota. For my type of traveller that prefer taking the stairs instead of the elevator, that dont care that much about the breakfast buffe it is an good choice.
The breakfast buffe is far from a european standard buffe and holds only white toast bread and if you come in the last 30 min most of the buffe is old and several things are empty. It has some chicken soup, omelette, small pancakes, juices and corn flakes on the menu but other than that not much.
All in all it is for the money well worth it and the staff is very friendly, service minded and helpful. The rooms are big and the bed is comfortable, cleanliness is good and it has well sized safe.
