Was probably the worst five star hotel I've visited and I've been to a few. Probably more like a three or four star hotel, by european standards. Also quite pricy given the quality and service. However, the staff was very nice and helpful according to what they could offer and they save this from a lower rating. The hotel has obvious need for improvement regarding:
*The rooms are missing standard equipment like iron, iron-board, hair conditioner, bathrobe, bath slippers. Bed was very hard. Too much noise during night, could hear neighbours and people walking in the corridor.
*No wifi apart from the lobby where wifi was working from time to time. Hence, many people had to spend one hour per day in the lobby only to check email and simple work.
*Buffet was okey, unfortunately they only served one choice of red wine, white wine and beer. I recommend you to avoid the fusion restaurant. The moroccan restaurant was okey.
*Everything that goes beyond the all inclusive package is overpriced. Do not use the fixed phone in your room, even local calls are more expensive than simply using your own european cell phone.
Not really a good hotel for younger couples, more for families and elder people.
