I usually don't do reviews, but I felt this should not be left out or with any false hopes. I have experience from some of the most exclusive hotels and some of the most local. The usual term "you get what you pay for" is does NOT apply here. I was here for business where I usually like to experience something more local than the commercial chains (Hilton, Marriott, Royal S., etc).
The service from day one, late or early, is above any high-end chain I've stayed at. Following up, remembering you, always available without wait. Service in Asian countries are always at a high standard, but this was on and above given the price. I was unlucky the first day to encounter an issue during my first day that was properly handled.
I ate breakfast everyday at the hotel, which was not my plan, but it went fast, was cost efficient and precisely what I asked for. You could without a doubt eat a more luxurious meal, but I had the traditional eggs, bread, jam, coffee and drink before work.
Everything is very clean. Room, lobby, hallways, glad, etc. This is not by all means a high standard hotel when it comes to cleaning.
Any remarks? Well, two small insufficient that I feel I need to state to keep true to the review:
1. The doors to the hotel doors are quite sound leaking, hence suggest earplugs (or hotel to isolate the surrounding of the doors better).
2. After a week I'm do tired of this song I'm listening to right now writing this 😂
Amazing hotel. I'll be back business/pleasure!
