We did not get the roomtype we had booked at checking in, but we got to change after complaints. The room was a bit worn out, and the cleaning was not up to standard, stains on the mirror and on the basinett. We did not have the time and energy to change rooms once more, so I cleaned a bit myself. When checking out the safe did not open and they needed to saw it open, luckily we were not in an hurry, otherwise we would not had made it to our flight as it took another two hours to fix. We were not offered any apologizes or a drink or snack during the waiting time which I consider rare in this kind of situation.
