My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing, to say the least. The staff wasn't very attentive, often distracted by their phones, and their clothing didn’t come off as very professional. To top it off, there was a loud argument between a staff member and some guests right in the lobby, which was pretty uncomfortable. There were several other people waiting to complain, including myself, and it just wasn’t a good look.
The hotel’s overall cleanliness was also concerning. The front door windows were dirty, which didn’t give a great first impression. When I checked my bed, I found hair that wasn’t mine, so I asked for the sheets to be changed. This wasn’t done while I was out, so I had to ask again. The second time, the sheets were changed by a much friendlier staff member than the ones at the desk.
In the bathroom, I found a contact lens on the floor that wasn’t mine, and one of the towels had stains on it, like old makeup. The bathroom itself had visible dirt and mold around the shower, and there were stains on the couch/bench in the room. The coffee machine and ice bucket were dusty, and honestly, I didn’t feel comfortable using them or the ice machine at all.
Overall, the hotel needs a lot of work, especially in cleanliness and customer service. It wasn’t the worst stay, but I wouldn’t be in a hurry to return.
