The Visitors inn has always been in my top five hotels in Hamilton & after this stay it still is. The service is excellent, the staff are very friendly & super accommodating. The entire place looks like it' well managed. Although I didn't get to use it, they have very nice pool available & a convenient side.Entrance available until late evening. As for my room, it was in pretty good shape, clean and well kept like how I remembered from all my previous visits. The beds, or it's extremely comfy. I actually wanted to ask the front desk. What kind of beds are they because of how good they were. I had the kitchenet room which provided pretty much all I needed for making light meals and any needed kitchen appliances. There were a couple pots a kettle, a toaster, a glass broiler bowl, plates, cups glasses,utensils.... with all that said there was just one thing that I didn't necessarily like or think they could have fixed or should fix promptly. First, I'd like to point out that it would be unfair for me to base the entire room quality on this specific thing, but it certainly was not pleasant. In the left corner of the bathtub, there was some sort of mold or something I believe. It can literally be fixed or covered up in a matter of an hour, it didn't need to be there. Maybe this is due to my OCD but there was a couple of hairs near the faucet that were left over from the past guests, not the biggest deal, but would have been nice to see the bathtub spotless or at least no hair.
