Overall, I would rate the hotel as average. The location is excellent, being close to the old Medina, and the room was quite nice, featuring a private pool. However, the food was just okay, and the lack of room service limited dining options when the restaurants were closed, even though we were willing to pay. The alcohol selection was limited but sufficient. While the service staff were professional and attentive, the lobby staff were rude and unprofessional, which was disappointing. The pool area was pleasant but often crowded. Since we spent most of our time exploring Marrakech, we didn’t use the pool or restaurants much, as they were typically closed when we returned. I would only recommend this hotel if you plan to stay on-site most of the time. Additionally, they do not assist with arranging taxis, leaving us to find one ourselves, which often led to being overcharged. Personally, I wouldn’t return due to the unprofessionalism of the lobby staff, which is unacceptable for a supposedly high-end hotel.
