I recently stayed at Arlo Soho and would rate my experience 3 out of 5 stars. The hotel has potential but falls short in several key areas. The rooms are very small, which can be a challenge for those needing more space. Additionally, maintenance issues were apparent, as my shower curtains had a sour, unpleasant smell, and the air conditioning unit clicked on and off throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.
On a positive note, the service was commendable. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast offered was quite good and provided a pleasant start to the day.
In summary, while Arlo Soho has some charming aspects, particularly in terms of service and breakfast, it needs significant improvements in room maintenance and overall comfort. With these enhancements, it could become a much more appealing option for travelers.
