We almost died due to fire and poor service
WE ALMOST DIED HERE!!!
First of all , there was a promise that we would have a bottle of wine in the room- there wasn’t any. On the first day we missed out on towels and asked for them , we received the smallest ones sized like napkin.
On 1th of feb 2022 we woke up at 5 am due to people in the hall screaming it’s BURNING RUN. The alarm was barely heard. We tried to escape but due to electricity problems there was a fire in our hallway . No emergency exits were to be seen in the fog since they don’t glow in the dark ! We called the reception for help but they didn’t understand us. We were stuck in a room with a window that could not be opened, and we hit it with a chair and other objects multiple times until a small part broke so we could grasp for air until the fire-brigade rescued us.
Worst of all , we didn’t get back all our stuff that were in the room , they stole our iPhone. When we came back to pick up our stuff , staff were singing happily and checking in others as if nothing happened.
