To start with, the good: The standard of the rooms is ok, nothing to complain about. Despite the proximity to BKK, the rooms were quiet and you will not be disturbed by the flights.
The negatives:
Rated as a 4,5 star on the booking page, NOTHING at the hotel resembles a 4,5 star. There is no service, no shuttle to airport etc. The booking page talks about two restaurants and "cuisine". There is nothing that even remotely resembles cuisine at the hotel, and only one restaurant is open for dinner.
I do not know what the 4,5 rating comes from, but this is not a 4,5 star hotel. In all fairness, though, the room right might actually reflect the correct standard.
