When we where checking out THERE WERE NO PERSONAL THERE, we called their phone number (not working), knocked on the staffs door. We were checking out early but there was no sign there they staff was away. So we didn’t receive back our deposit for the room key. We had to wright a letter (because we had to catch our bus to our next location) NO CONTACT FROM BandB AFTER THIS. We think very bad service, because ofc we want our deposit money back. We did not see any starting from the time we came home (they night before we was leaving) until the morning at 06:00 when we where checking out. First day was a super nice and sweet girl that was at the reception, we talked to her and she help us locating different places, she also informed she was going to have her day off the 15/2 when we were checking out so she wishes us a good trip to our next place.
