My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. The room (one of the outside ones) was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed including kettle and hairdryer, and it was lovely and quiet at night. The only criticism of the room is that the decor could do with a freshen up. The continental breakfast offered a good selection at a reasonable price (£5.50 each per day). We ate dinner at the Half Moon Inn on the first evening. After we were seated, we waited to have our order taken, then after some time found out that we had to go to the bar to order. This wasn't made clear to us as we were seated, and there was no note to that effect anywhere on the menu. However, the food was very good and made up for the delay in getting it ordered. Despite these small criticisms, we would stay here again.
