This property was not even close to Sheraton standards in my opinion. The hotel doesn’t seem to be in the safest area as there’s locked black metal security gates all around the property. I definitely didn’t want to leave any valuables in our vehicle.
The photos give the impression that everything looks nice, and clean, but the reality was that the outside was dirty, dingy, and needing refurbishment.
The elevator near our section of the hotel wasn’t in operation, and there wasn’t even a control panel installed. That was super inconvenient hauling all our bags at least 200 feet round trip in order to get them to our room.
They had a washer and dryer which was convenient for doing our laundry.
The included breakfast was good, and our server was very nice.
The room itself was convenient, although our remote wasn’t programmed to the TV properly. The only way to change the channels was manually like it was 1975. The coffee and tea selection was good, and the K-Cup machine was nice too.
Sheraton is a good brand, but this property we wouldn’t stay at again without some improvements.
