I recently checked in at your property and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The staff member who assisted with my check-in was noticeably less friendly compared to others I observed interacting with guests. Additionally, I was not informed about the valet charges, despite specifically inquiring about them. This information was either avoided or redirected, which I found frustrating.
While the property was reasonably clean, I am concerned about the hotel’s pet policy. As someone with severe allergies to cats and dogs, I was disappointed to find that the presence of animals was not communicated clearly. There was pet hair on the mattress in my room, which is unacceptable and posed a health risk for me.
Given these issues, I am hesitant to stay at this property again. I hope these concerns will be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.
