We'll likely stay again w/ caveats
Dear Manager/Team at Bespoke Inn, we had a wonderful time and wanted to express our appreciation for your hospitality. The inn is incredibly charming and ideally situated in town. The facilities are delightful, and we’re glad we chose to stay with you.
In the spirit of constructive feedback, we wanted to share our experience with the check-in process. While we appreciated the idea of a contactless check-in, we encountered some issues that frustrated us. We received a text that our room was ready, indicating an email with our room code had been sent. Unfortunately, we never received the email from the inn or any corresponding message through our booking platform (Hotels.com).
When we arrived, the manager was away, and we waited approximately 30–40 minutes before she returned. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, we were surprised that there was no acknowledgment of the delay or apology for the wait. Additionally, we were told that the issue stemmed from booking through a third party. However, booking through platforms like Hotels.com is common practice, and we believe that ensuring a smooth check-in process for all guests—regardless of how they book—would enhance the experience for future visitors.
Again, we want to emphasize that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our feedback is intended to help refine the guest experience. We’d happily recommend Bespoke Inn to others and look forward to staying again.
