Our initial experience (on Thanksgiving Day) with the Humaniti hotel wasn't great. We came very tired around 2:30pm after a very long drive mostly under heavy snow, but our room wasn't ready. We were told that it will be ready at 4pm for sure. We came back at 4:15pm, and the room was still not ready. Finally, we were able to get in at 4:50pm and learned that the pool (one of the top search criteria to choose this hotel) isn't available during the cold weather. (The hotel and Expedia should communicate properly and fix the pool information on Expedia site!) Not a great start to say at least. And then two great customer service managers, Lidya and Nicolette, save the day. First, we got free breakfasts for the entire stay (3 days). Second, we got a free pass to the pool at a nearby Westin (two short blocks away) for the entire stay as well. Third, the rest of our hotel experience, including the food quality and service at the breakfasts, room cleaning's quality and timing, the room itself, and help with the parking, was top notch. I highly recommend the Humaniti hotel as one of the very best places in very center of amazing Montreal.
