Positive: In the middle of sultanahmet 2 min to tramway. The restaurant/breakfast area had a very nice view over the blue mosque and hagia sophia. The breakfast was ok, egg, sausage, bread, cereals, vegetables, jam, honey, cheese, salami, butter, tea, coffe, toaster. The staff was very nice and pleasant, especially the owner, I booked an economy room and tought it was too small, I asked for a bigger one and was upgraded without any increase in price, very positive.
Negative: the rooms are very badly isolated from noise, you can hear everything through the walls and door, if you dont want to be awoken from people eating breakfast or chatting in the lobby then bring earplugs.
The rooms are very small especially the economy room, it is just a double bed and hardly any place to move around. The standard room is slighly bigger but dont expect to move around freely. If you want to have a view choose the rooms on floor 4.
The shower/bathtub is very small, I mean very small, i barely got room to shower properly, also the cleaning of the bathroom was not to my satisfaction.
It was a bit overpriced for me, it was a four star hotel according to the booking site but according to scandinavian standard it should be more like a 2 star.
It would not stay there again if I had to pay the same amount of money, it was close to all the major attractions but not worth the money. I payed around 650 euro for 7 nights
