Fantastic hotel in general. Our first stay was amazing, but this second stay was disapointing. It was a leak in the ceiling of our bungalow, looked really shabby with the inner panel hanging down. The reception staff knew about this, and yet put us in that bungalow.. It became a big puddle after a rainy night. Didn´t see it but I felt it when I entered the bathroom. Fortuanally we didn´t slip or anything, but when we called maintenance to fix the leak they just dried up the puddle. The next morning it was a puddle on the floor again. We called again, after 3 tries they answered. (It is not easy to get in touch with the staff) The response was, "but it´s just a leak in the bathroom, not a big problem?" Can´t belive the 5-star hotel Hilton puts guests in a room where they know it´s leaking in. We asked them to give us another room wich they did, next doors, pretty smooth. But you can do better things than to pack everything and move on your honeymoon. We did not got any excuse. The internet was really slow, and did not always worked, but you had to pay full price. Apart from this it´s a beautiful hotel with nice bungalows. All bungalows has a private pool or a sun deck by the lagoon.
