Pros:
Good room size. Clean. Quiet. On the other side of the road there's a supermarket open until 9 pm. Polite hotel staff. Good breakfast buffé, in a nice bright room, even though I think they could have had a bit more vegetables and grain bread. Checking in and out very quick and effective.
Cons:
The biggest one is that the AC's not working. One of our days it was really hot outside, around 30 C, and we noticed that no cold air came from the AC vent in the hallway. So if you come in the summer be aware of this, the rooms will be very hot. I talked with the reception and they said the AC's controlled centrally and they could not help us to regulate it. The pillows are a bit flabby (but the bed is comfortable). The shower handle holder is positioned in a very strange way so you need to use the shower hand held. There's this small hint of old cigarette smoke (I'm a smoker but never smoke inside) in the room and I guess it's because this was a smoking-allowed-room once upon a time, not very nice. There's only two channels for English speaking guests on the TV. CNN and DW. Not too exciting. Power outlets too far from the bed (I always charge my phone during the night and use it as an alarm, I want it close to me).
Overall a good stay well worth the price we paid but not four-star-standard as we expected.
