Stay somewhere else do not stay here
Well, entering the lobby, I walked up to the desk to check in, check-in was breeze, but there was a sign that states that the hot tub and the pool were out of service. Since I had two children, I asked them if they are in service or not because if not, I was going to go somewhere else because that’s one of their favorite things to do. she informed me that it is a climate controlled room and the hot tub is really the one that’s out of order because the heater is not working. The heater is not working in the pool or the hot tub, the pool was like 50°. It was so cold , we stayed in the room that was connected to the stairwell and the pool. The AC sucked did not keep us cool. I had to go to Dollar General and buy a fan just to keep us comfortable for the night. The room smell like crap it smells stale like it’s been in a cave for 50 years. It was very dirty. You cannot wear no shoes in the room or your feet would be black. we found trash everywhere in the room. And to top everything off, they also have someone staying in the back of the hotel in a camper that has an extension cord connected to the building who have dogs and they bark at all hours you’re trying to grab something I definitely do not stay at this hotel for it needs to be updated and management needs to get a hold of This hotel it’s disgusting
