Not what we expected from a five-star, or even four-star hotel.
Housekeeping could never leave robes and towels for all in the room, we always had to call for more and wait. And wait. Which is surprising considering the extreme amount of knocks we had on our door every single day. The house keeping, the fruit guy, the one asking if things were ok (but with no will to fix anything) and, most annoyingly of all, as soon as we'd had our room service delivered, there'd be a guy asking for the trays back. Then all would come again a half-hour later.
When ordering food from room service, they'd omit things without asking first only to tell us they were out of the ingredients when we called again. Might have wanted to know that before-hand...
Also, the house-keeping had their definition of "trash" and would throw away things like receipts and shopping bags lying around.
The things that were good: friendly reception staff with flexible check-out times, water pressure in the shower terrific and cleanliness and amenities good.
