Old time motel
Old motel that so some extent is modernized but the room we got was quite run down. Weird with bathroom in the center of the suite. Plus though go the chairs outside the room with some tiny walls between the suites that offers some provacy. Pool was nice and warm and deep compared to modern shallow pools. The ‘reception’ was just a two-for-one ticket for the adjacent bar, definitely not family friendly so we didn’t use. Unfortunately not many other restaurants in the area so taking the car for dinner is a must. Breakfast is also in the nearby restaurant but quite good since one can choose from a breakfast menu and cooked to order. However, you need plenty of time fo this so for many this may simply not work out. The major issue was, however, the nearby railway with huge cargo trans honking all night long. Ear plugs are provided but we rather avoid such location.
In essence, the motel is overpriced compared to more modern brand locations but can still check all the modem amenities in it’s own way.
