The building is outdated, as the rooms. The kitchen however was brand new. The bed in the bedroom was not comfortable and the sleeper in the living-room was awful and outdated. None of us slept well during our stay. Also, the AC machine was inside the living-room, behind a 'wardrobe' door making a lot of noise when going on and off. So, even if the beds would have been comfortable, it would not have been possible to sleep well. The most terrible experience however, was when someone tried to get into our room. Luckily, we were inside then and could talk to the persons trying to get in. It turned out that they were given the very same room as we were already occupying upon their checking and so had got the keys to our room from the reception. It was a family with a baby, so we did not doubt their story. Upon contacting the reception, we were only met with a 'Sorry, it was a mistake.' The staff did not want to discuss the matter with us and just gave us the phone number to the manager. They did not even bother to call the manager themselves and then hand the phone to us. As we did not have a phone with US subscription and the hotel charged extra for the outgoing phone calls, and we did not want to spoil the rest of the 2 days we had left for our vacation, we didn't bother to try to get into contact with the manager. That 'happening' was really a terrible experience and we therefore do not dare to recommend this hotel to anyone.
