I stayed at this wonderful hotel for 3 nights in the spring with my 87 year old grandmother. It is situated close to the piazza San Marco, shopping, restaurants and a vaporetto stop, but despite this the street was very quiet. The staff was very amiable and attentive to any needs, the breakfast was fresh, with great coffee.
The only negative thing I can think of is the fact that the hotel does not have an elevator, but this seems to be the case throughout all of Venice. However, the staff was able to accomodate our request for a room on the ground floor, at one day's notice!
