Servicio y atención pésimo. no se preocupan por nada y pasan absolutamente de todo. El mismo día me mandaron un mensaje donde me decían que el elevador se había dañado y que nuestra habitación estaba en el 8º piso, obligándonos prácticamente sin tener otra opción tener que aceptar esa situación debido a no tener la posibilidad de conseguir otro hotel ese mismo día. Llegamos y nos toco subir todas las maletas nosotros sin ellos ofrecer ninguna ayuda para hacerlo habiendo 1 persona mayor con nosotros. El elevado estuvo dañado todo el tiempo y durante toda la estancia nos tocaba subir y bajar siempre por las escaleras. en fin todo nefasto, la limpieza, atención etc. Todo había que pedirlo hasta las toalla, parecieran que ellos nos tuvieran regalando la estancia en lugar de nosotros estar pagando por un servicio.

Subpar hotel
The entry to the lobby was difficult. The automatic doors did not open when standing in front of them. There was no sign saying to push a button to open the door. The lobby did not look like the picture on the website. The floors were dirty and there were stacks of boxes behind the lobby desk. The elevator did not work throughout our whole stay there. Our room was on the ninth floor. There were about 20 to 30 steps between each floor. The room had a nice view of the Manhattan skyline. The ceiling had holes in the room and bathroom. The beds were comfortable for a good night sleep.

The location is fantastic, but the hotel was filthy and stinky, making our stay a nightmare. The elevator malfunctioned for the entire weekend, causing immense inconvenience. The room was dirty, the roof was filthy, and the bathroom was utterly disgusting. While I understand the appeal of a low price, sometimes it’s worth investing a bit more to avoid such a dreadful experience.

Staying on the 8th floor. Elevator was broken for the entire time. When we arrived on Friday we had to wait 20 minutes for the desk attendant to check us in because they said they were in the bathroom. No compensation offered for having to hike up and down the stairs all weekend

I can't believe expedia sponsor this place. It was dirty. Our room smell like vomit. They gave us a room on the eighth floor and the elevator wasn't working. Family of 5 with a lot of luggage, with a senior in the stairs. No personal to help. I do not recommend this place.

How could you EXPEDIA even sponsor or add such a terrible building. No help no elevator had to carry all my and my wife’s luggage 8 floors up and down. People were carrying babies and strollers Even though the hotel allowed me to cancel your customer service refused knowing the elevator is not working.

For the price, the room is fair and reasonable, and the location is decent. However, there are a few issues.Noisy in the middle of the night, making it hard to sleep. I also found the hair dryer quite dirty. Additionally, I had a strange experience where I left my luggage leaning against the door when i sleep and at 3:30 in the morning, I found my luggage lying on the floor. I’m not sure how it happened, but it’s never happened to me before.
