PROS: If you are looking to feel immersed in the Puerto Rican culture, and avoid the traditional resort/hotel experience, this is your place. The room was nice and had the island vibe. There are a good number of restaurants within a walking distance, as well as a nice beach, and a 24-hour Walgreens. It's also close to Kasalta Bakery, which, in addition to having great food, was used as a pick-up spot for 2 different excursion we went on.
CONS: The big red sliding door is a PAIN to open and close. The neighborhood itself was also, on the surface, not the best. We were right next door to a daycare center, so it can't be that bad, but unless you are familiar with the area, that part may be jarring at first.
