We recently stayed at Le Grand Lodge Mont-Tremblant and overall had an excellent experience. The service and staff were awesome—everyone from the front desk to the manager, and even the director, made sure to make our stay comfortable. The facilities are fantastic, with a suitable pool and a stunning lake right in front of the lodge that added to the charm of the place.
However, upon arrival, we were surprised to find that all rooms were fully booked despite having made our reservation through Expedia. This led to an unexpected situation where we had to spend our first night in a conference room. Despite this hiccup, the staff handled the situation with utmost professionalism. They ensured we were as comfortable as possible, offered us complementary breakfast and dinner, and even extended our stay by one night as a gesture of goodwill. In the end, while the start was a bit rocky, the exceptional service and the efforts made by the staff turned our stay into a memorable one.
