3 star rating is way too generous
This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. On check in, we were told none of the elevators were working, which we agreed to. What we did not agree to is the following:
- Trash in the hallway on every floor of the building, sometimes in large piles.
- Our room was not cleaned on check in. The pillows and covers were scattered over the cheap furniture in the room and there were no bed sheets to be found.
- Dirt and grime everywhere in the room, with sticky surfaces and grease on door handles and TV remote.
- An in room AC that made a terrible noise all night, as if it was falling apart.
- Paperthin walls between rooms, letting any and all sound through.
- Extremely poor dining options on the premise.
- They held a deposit of $300 on my credit card for a week.
We stayed one night before travelling from LAS because it was a cheap option close to the airport, but we quickly found out that the 3-star rating is way too generous at this hotel. I will never book with OYO again, and you shouldn’t either.
