Don`t book this hotel
It was a terrible experience .We are a big family coming to Sanja to celebrate Christmas and this hotel we have booked 5 rooms .I came to the hotel first and find out the hotel did not have the same things that they have promise on their site. It was an old hotel , the room was dirty , we try to change the room twice but still it is dirty and noisy. We stayed 1 night and then we moved out. The staff was not helpful and they didn't`t care. The breakfast was a joke. Breakfast until 1000a.m. and lights off the restaurant 5 minutes to 10 a.m.Coffee is some brown water cold of course and when I asked the staff who do not speak a word English (nobody do)he just do not care. The coffee shop and restaurant they said they provide food is a lie. Everything do not exist even though is on the menu.
We arrived at the hotel around 2.p.m. and wants to eat but everything in the hotel is closed and we have to find something to eat outside the hotel? I change hotel the next day even though I could not contact hotel.com I was glad I could cancel my brother`s room and book for us somewhere nice.
