They robbed me I tried cancelling my reservation they took all of the money even though I never checked in due to I had a death in my family I will not recommend hotels .com or Best Western .

I love our stay and all the staff are nice and friendly. The pool should be clean little bit. But the breakfast buffet is very good and the lady who worked on the buffet care so much with the customers. She always put a good smile.

This is a ghetto property. The room smelled like urine. There were all types of people roaming up and down the side stairs all hours of the night. There were long hall trucks parked all around the property. If you care about your safety, you WON'T stay here.

The room was adequate. However the toilet/ toilet seat was very lose and wobbly. The shower curtain didn't contain the water and the shower drain was clogged and water backed up and was disgusting.
