We stayed in 62 Iliff Ct. The townhome is large, with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, den, hufe laundry room, hottub, balcony, vaulted ceilings and one car garage. The master suite is lovely, with a comfy king bed and long bathroom with soaking tub, double vanity and shower. It's on its own level. Two bedrooms are in the lowest of three levels. One bedroomhas two twin beds. The other has a queen bed, large walk in closet and sliding door access to the hot tub (which is in view of the neighborhood street). The fireplace is nice, and the floors feel clean. This place gets a "bare feet ok" rating. Most hotels don't.
No air conditioning (typical for most places the area) but each bedroom comes with a fan and humidifier.
The house comes equipped with cleaning supplies and even sleds.
One complaint: Wyndham's cleaning crew used a cleaner that smells lime vomit. I noticed this upon entry mostly on the mai level. I have smelled this before in some hotels. And the fur rug could use cleaning.
Walking distance down the hill to town. Next to ski lifts. Summers are great, since prices are low and town parking is free.
