The hotel was OK, but we had a bad experience during our stay, namely we found bedbugs in our room. We complained and we were relocated to another room, but needless to say that the impression was really bad. As an apology we've got a bottle of wine.
I'm traveling a lot and I stay in different hotels, but this was the first time I've seen bedbugs. I think that the hotel should refund at least the nights when we couldn't sleep well because of this inconvenience. However, we were not offered any refund.
