The hotel itself is good, rooms spacious and comfortable and the breakfast is tasty and offers variety. The receptionist upon arrival gave good information. The dinner on our arrival was great and the waiter Michelle very attentive.
The location isn’t ideal and there were glitches in service. When we booked, we thought that the walk from the train station would be pleasant. It was not. It’s through a deserted semi industrial area, a few blocks don’t have a side walk and an additional block had a lot of potholes. I’d recommend waiting for a taxi at the station when you go with luggage.
On our second night, we wanted to rest and eat at the hotel. We sat down, waited, went to ask at the reception and were told that the waiter would be right down. At no point did the receptionist take interest in us as we passed the empty hall or sat around waiting. It turned out that the kitchen was closed, but we wasted 30 min to get that information.
