It was an awful experience at Quality Inn, Columbus, OH!!
I had reserved 2 rooms and when we reached at 2AM on the day of the check-in, we got keys for 2 rooms. We were able to get inside one room but other room key was not working. Also, we were hearing someone talking from inside.
When checked at the front desk, they did not even provide an alternate room and one family ended up staying in car until morning. Front desk staff asked us to check with Manager, but manager did not even show up at the hotel. I have even tried to reach out via an email, but they did not have courtesy to reply to an email and acknowledge.
They did not even refund the amount for one room. Front desk staff always points to manager for any issues but manager does not even show up to the hotel. We waited till 10AM in the morning for the manager, but no luck.
Totally, it was a terrible experience at this hotel. I would never chose Quality Inn for my any of my future trips. I don't even recommend this to my friends.
