Other renters should be aware that this is not a hotel but rather a series of apartments managed by an off-site company. As such, there is nobody to help nearby if something goes wrong.
Our arrival experience was terrible. We got into our apartment to find it had not been cleaned since the previous guest... used sheets, towels on the floor and so on. It took a bit even to get the remote support person on the phone, who apparently didnt believe us and asked for photos, which we sent. While waiting for her to get the photos, the cleaners arrived and started cleaning, we we began unpacking. Finally the agent called back with a new apartment for us, and said it was too late the stay where we were. We had to pack up and move.
Both apartments, while new and clean, were very sparsely furnished with the cheapest of items. The bed was very poor and lumpy, so much that my wife and I rolled together in the middle. It was too much to face moving again so we put up with this. Also, remotes for both TVs had dead batteries, which we replaced at our expense and trouble.
