Very nice modern furnished hotel just 10 min walk from the city centre of Castellammare. The hotell had access to an almost private beach, which was beautiful (stony beach, so bring bathing shoes!). The only pity was that they had no sunchairs nor umbrellas at the beach, there were no services at all (that probably also explains why it was so beautiful!), so you have to try to find some shade behind the rocks in the afternoon on the beach. The hotel had a nice pool area also, however a bit disturbed by traffic noise from the road just outside. The AC did not work in our room, but we were offered to change rooms in the middle of the night, which we were too tired to do, hopefully they will fix the AC for the next guests (it worked in our friends' room). No specific parking lots for the hotel guests, but there were good parking just outside on the street (beginning of high season, do not know if it is impossible to find parking during high-season?). Nice breakfast buffe by Italian standards, a lot to chose from. Would recommend this hotel and would love to stay again at this wonderful beach! Helpful staff in the reception area. Castellammare is a nice fishing town with plenty of tourist restaurants, nice to stay here a few days! Recommend the best ice-cream place in the city center's cobbled shopping street, it is across the park overlooking the fishing harbour!
