The small property is a decent, quaint, yet rustic cottage.
The location is very nice in close proximity to many things, including dining, in the area.
A few negatives for us during our stay: there weren’t any blackout curtains in the bedroom. Normally this would not be a big deal if there had been blinds in the bedroom to block light and provide privacy. Of note, there were blinds installed but a large percentage of them were broken. Not a good thing.
While I feel that the area is a safe area, we felt a bit uneasy about the security of the cottage. For instance, the entrance door appeared to be a bit flimsy, Plus, you could see light coming through the door and at the bottom of the door. Furthermore, we were concerned about the locking mechanism because it didn’t have a working deadbolt and the only way to secure the door was with an old chain.
